Winding Shafts
Type APC
Characteristics of APC winding shafts:
- Pneumatically tensible (via central tube)
- Valve position axial or radial (on one or both sides)
- Body made of steel, aluminium or carbon
- Steel splines (corrugated)
- Arrangement and number of steel splines according to application
- Design of the terminals according to customer request
- Standard diameter: 74 mm for 3” cores (others on request)
- Design with measuring tape for a simple bobbin exchange
- Delivery including inflating ring and manomete

Type APL
Characteristics of APL winding shafts:
- Pneumatically tensible (via central tube)
- Valve position axial or radial (on one or both sides)
- Body made of steel or aluminium
- Rubber splines, arranged in-line
- Number of rubber splines according to application
- Design of the terminals according to customer request
- Standard diameter: 74 mm for 3” cores and 149 mm for 6” cores (others on request)
- Design with measuring tape for a simple bobbin exchange
- Delivery including inflating ring and manometer

Type AS
Characteristics of AS winding shafts:
- Embossed shaft
- Pneumatically tensible
- Valve position axial or radial (on one or both sides)
- Body made of steel or aluminium
- Flange according to customer request
- Standard diameter: 74 mm for 3” cores and 149 mm for 6” cores (others on request)
- Design with measuring tape for a simple bobbin exchange
- Delivery including inflating ring and manometer

In addition to the above-mentioned winding shafts we also deliver mechanically (type AM) and pneumatically tensible (type APM, APMSE) winding shafts
Clamping Headers
Type TC/TCB
Characteristics of the TC clamping headers:
- Can e.g. be used for the tensioning of 6” bobbins on 3” winding shafts
- Pneumatically tensible (via central tube)
- Valve position axial
- Body made of aluminium
- Steel splines (number depending on diameter)
- Inner diameter between 25-75 mm
- Several outer diameters available
- Several clamping headers can be connected via spiral tube in order to enable a simultaneous filling

Type TG/TGB
Characteristics of the TG clamping headers:
- Can e.g. be used for the tensioning of 6” bobbins on 3” winding shafts
- Pneumatically tensible (via central tube)
- Valve position axial
- Expansion via a central rubber body
- Inner diameter between 25-75 mm
- Several outer diameters available
- Several clamping headers can be connected via spiral tube in order to enable a simultaneous filling

In addition to the above-mentioned clamping headers we also deliver mechanically (type TMS) and pneumatically tensible (type TPM) clamping headers.
Bobbin Lifter
Characteristics of the bobbin lifter:
- Designed to lift up film bobbins with a core diameter of 76,2 mm
- Steel splines permanently extended (for reasons of safety)
- Pneumatic connection for a running-in of the steel splines
- Body made of steel
